Non-hospital intensive care is one of the most demanding areas of care. If you can answer these 4 questions with “yes”, you are basically already in the recall 😉

An individual and careful training by 2 experienced team members. In about 4 weeks or longer you will get to know all the processes and our residents until you feel safe. 


Important to know: Our care ratio is on average 1:3.
Further training to become a specialist in out-of-hospital ventilation as well as many further training opportunities during working hours.

Above-standard salary with transparent remuneration structures: The basic salary is 4.444 euros (40-hour week). There may also be additional surcharges if you have additional qualifications, for example.
Supplementary health insurance up to 480 euros per year.

A desired duty schedule 3 months in advance and according to your individual needs - for example without night shifts. Of course, with us you have 15 days off per month.

32 days holiday per year (with a 5-day week).

Your daycare contributions are also at our expense.

In our 6 supervised intensive care shared apartments at the 4 locations, we care for people requiring intensive care and ventilation. You are dependent on out-of-hospital intensive care. We create a home with family security for our residents, in which they feel comfortable and in which they are cared for individually according to their needs. Our recently opened shared apartments with gardens are modern and equipped to a high standard.
